Site Plan Review and Inclusionary Housing Application for 37 new one-bedroom apartments and the conversion of the existing structure to have a ground-floor commercial space and one one-bedroom apartment and one two-bedroom apartment.  Special Permit Application for the reduction in the required number of off-street parking spaces and the reduction in drive aisle width of the parking area.  Of the 37 new units proposed, five of the units (13.51%) will be affordable to a household with income at or below 60% of the area median income that applies to subsidized housing in the City of Beverly, as reported annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) adjusted for household size

The Site Plan Review Application, Special Permit Application, and Inclusionary Housing Application were all submitted on October 16, 2023.  A public hearing has been scheduled for November 14, 2023.
