2017 Update - Special Permit Application:

Special Permit requested to (a) create 6 affordable units (where zero are required to be affordable) and provide "credit units" to the original applicant (Beverly Crossing) to be used in a future project; and (b) donate the project to Harborlight Community Partners.

Approved in December 2017.
