Harbor Management Authority

The Beverly Harbor Management Authority (BHMA), created by the State Legislature in 1987, supports the City of Beverly on various projects and initiatives that involve waterfront development and use. BHMA also focuses on making waterfront access and enjoyment more accessible to all stakeholders in the city - residents, commercial fishermen, recreational boaters, recreational fishermen, and visitors.
