The Public Health Nurses from the Boards of Health and Health Departments in Beverly, Danvers, Marblehead, Peabody, Salem, and Swampscott will be holding regional Moderna Booster Dose Vaccination clinics.

Who is eligible: Anyone 18 years of age and older that meets the eligibility criteria to get a booster dose:

• They are at least 18 years of age and it has been at least 5 months after the final dose in the primary series – OR –
• Adults ages 50+ can choose to receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster
• For those who received the J&J/Janssen COVID vaccine:
  • One booster dose is recommended at least 2 months after the first dose of a J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine
  • Anyone who received a J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine for both their first dose and booster may receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster
  • Adults ages 50+ can choose to receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster, regardless of what type of booster they received

Remember:

• You must wear a mask when getting vaccinated
• Please wear a short-sleeve shirt
